Changes

• The requirements to attack are now the same as the requirements of being attacked.
  • This is to prevent abuse of users remaining below $9,000 value so that they can attack other users without the possibility of them being attacked themselves.

• Fixed the opt log not working.
• Fixed legendary patrons receiving ‘undefined’ credits.
• Fixed a typo in the b#togglecommands description.
• Fixed a typo in the b#killfeedchannel command.
